I have decided to embark on this blog so my daughter, London, has an accurate account of her travels through life. I used to be the totally collected, totally organized A-Type personality, the everything planner with the amazing ability to recall everything at the drop of a dime! And then I got pregnant... I started to forget things, and seemingly questioned things I had done just the day before. So I looked into it and learned about #mombrain. According to UrbanDictionary.com it is defined as a "Lack of normal brain function that the non mom does not possess. After birthing a child, you forget things frequently and don't remember what you did 5 minutes ago."
So how long would this last... according to "WhatToExpect.com" It's unclear how long these brain changes last, but the fogginess and forgetfulness should subside a few months after delivery." Ya, so false!!! 5 years later and I swear I am more forgetful now than ever.

There is one clear winer here, my husband, as I can no longer spit details of past arguments second nature to win a battle with ease, from this point on, I have decided to document everything.
Every moment of every adventure is so precious, that I hope this blog will remind her (and me) when she reflects back on life. And if I can help out some fellow #mombrainers on this crazy journey through parenthood with tips and tricks on how to make your kids the main character of their own fairy tales in a far away lands... then that is just a bonus.
